Our Process 

     We want to listen to your needs, desires and expectations and we want you to feel comfortable in asking us questions as well. Below is our remodeling process.
     Poole Home Improvement's unique, customer focused Remodeling Process. Our Process aligns your needs, timetables and budgets to fulfill your vision.

Opinion of Probable Costs
  - We chat about your project to get a basic scope and gather other information.
  - We email you over the estimated range for the project.

Project Development Agreement
  - We get an agreement with the customer drawn up based upon the mid level cost of the project
  - Collect a 5% deposit to develop the proposal and get information for code requirements from local municipalities and involve other trades for RFP’s.
  - 5% fee goes towards project final cost if a contract is signed within one calendar year of PDA date signed.
  - Otherwise that fee goes towards the time spent to get you final pricing.

Contract
  - Customer agrees to final pricing.   
  - Collect project deposit to schedule trades and order materials.

Production Scheduling and Materials Ordered
  - Schedule trades as needed for different phases of the project.
  - Materials ordered and scheduled as needed for different phases of the project.

Project Start
  - 1st day on the job (typically demo) go over project with trades and production begins.
  - Multiple check ins during the project to make sure everything is up to your expectations.

Project Completion 
  - During the end of the project and each phase of the project we will have you do a walk through with that trade to get a punch list of items together to address before they finish.

Final Walkthrough
  - When the final walkthrough is completed and the final punch list is completed we will collect the final payment for the project.

Completion
  - One last check in and take pictures of the project. - We send an email to give us a review for the project.
  - 6 Month check in.
  - 12 month check in before warranty expires.
